The sales person showed up on time to do our estimate and immediately gave us estimates for different materials. He put absolutely no pressure on us and did jot try to upswell us at any point. He responded immediately to a few questions we had a few weeks later. The fence was installed in one day. We are very pleased with the results as are our dogs."

"I started the process of getting a new fence in MAY (5 months ago). Installation started June 2, 2023. It is now September and a repair team came by on Friday to fix/replace the latch and repair 4 top boards that had started to curl. I believe this was the FOURTH time they have come out to correct a mistake, finish the job. Unfortunately they did not even touch the latch? Why? Seriously, I have emailed several times, sent photos and even spoken with Tony(?), a foreman who tells the guys who come out what to do? The last phone call I went into even more detail with him describing that the latch had been installed wrong, and a piece removed. The first issue was that the fencing was not completed. It took several months and several visits to finish the fence? Should I receive a discount? Should I be paid for my time? I had heard that Long Fence was not responsive, I had NO idea to this extent."

"Very Disappointed. Worked with Silver to add new Fencing to my entire property and the ball was dropped. No permit was ever submitted with the town despite 3 phone calls to check the status. Now almost 2 months later.. still no fence despite them cashing my check. I'm Pissed!! UPDATE- They finally came out and this is the result- - unable to complete job because they ran out of wood - fence planks nailed crooked on over 6 panels - workers urinated on the side of the 30' dumpster - workers left stickers from the wood all over driveway and stuck to asphalt - workers left drill bits and nails with spikes around my yard - some planks already splitting or warped prior to install - double gate constructed from split wood The next day a different crew was sent to finish the job and I spoke with Matt. He came out and assured me they would make it right. When?"

"The price was great and the crew was awesome. Super friendly and fun to have at my home for the day. I couldn’t believe how fast they were. There was a slight problem that they discovered upon arrival (no one’s fault), and they demonstrated critical thinking and on the fly problem solving that I really wish some of the other folks who had worked on my house could have done.
