"This healthcare provider was decent about the medical team is understanding and helpful. When I first went there the front desk employee was quite annoying. First offI am wheelchair bound and have issues getting to appointments so when they balked at my ID being expired.Saying I need to reschedule and have it renewed then comeback in for my first appointment with the physician. So this visit took me two months to schedule in the first place. This is is problematic as i suffer from a great amount of pain related to a number of chronic conditions that make the pain even more unpleasant. As such my friend and I convinced them that it was fine. Then there is forms what ais more than 10 back to back. This place is an ordeal to del with. Then there is the urine sample. The office is unsuitable for a wheelchair to be to provide one. So I couldn't. By my next appointment I was able to give them a saliva test and after 3 months they provided me with medication. Which to say the physician prescribed the right dosage I needed and was finally in a state of begin little to no pain for the first time in 15 years. Needless to say this office is tedious so much so I had to go to the from the office to the ER where my pain was so bad my vitals were a bit serious and I got treated quite quickly and was kept on regimes of pain medications which brought me to safer vitals but I was still admitted into the hospital. It would have been nice to know about the test so maybe we could have worked to to the saliva test at that first visit. I have a few other issues with them and am now seeking another medical provider. But as a bit of advice, be prepared and ask any questions about the visit you can think of."
"I have no idea how to write an honest review, while following the nearly impossible guidelines. Because this is vital information and anyone considering using the services of PMI. Please, PLEASE, do yourself and your family/loved ones a favor and go somewhere else! I REALLY wish I could say more but I don't want this warning to be deleted. I wish you the best!"
"November 2023 review update: Today I saw Thomas Zastrow. I was equally impressed with this provider at PMI DC. He helped me get to the bottom of some new symptoms and made future recommendations. He listened very well to my concerns and provided great information. I scheduled new procedures that helped me with pain and mobility without surgery or pain pills. Highly recommend PMI at the DC office. My previous appointments were with Dr. Lee. He has helped my back pain so much. During procedures, he explains everything he is doing and has helped me be comfortable without surgery. Mary in this office is great and really goes the extra mile getting my insurance to cover treatment, although sometimes phones are directed to the Bethesda office. I am glad they are implementing computer systems for patients so this office gets my messages directly."
"Terrible I show up the day of and they told me they can’t see me they call me three times and ask me to get all of my paperwork and I do all of that ridiculous staff ridiculous doctors. I drove an hour and a half and picked up my mom to come to this appointment—- just to find out 2 minutes before that they can’t accept me as a patient!"
"I totally agree with another persons review, this office is very dysfunctional it took me from last summer phoning trying to get through to them until I gave up this year. The only way I got an appointment was asking my rheumatologist to contact Dr Kroll directly,, then I got an appointment the next day. I had nerve blocking steroids under X-ray done a couple of weeks ago on my spine and I have been in agony since! Thanks a bunch!"
