"2 packages were ordered together and supposed to be shipped at the same time. FedEx delayed several days in a row yet the drive marked them as delivered and signed for by me. Yet every night they put delayed and they made no attempt to deliver it. Yet why was it marked as delivered numerous days in a row? Called FedEx who had no answer. Called over several days and got no where. Then days go by and they drop off one and no sign of second box. The 2nd box delivered damaged and not signed."
"I was expecting a SIM card for my phone. I called the phone company because I was informed that it had arrived on 4/3/22. However, I was unable to find it. WHY because your delivery driver laid it on the ground at the end of my ramp, where it blended into the dirt. This has happened before. I expect to have my packages placed on the porch like all other deliver services do!"
"I can't even describe how terrible this particular terminal is. The past 6 packages I have received from here are delayed, multiple times, multiple days, and the Fedex website and the call line is completely false information they give you. My most recent package, which was an Xbox series X, was on it's third day delayed, on the website said "on truck, will be delivered by the end of day" but never shows up. I ended up being able to have them pull it, after about 20+ calls to the Fedex help line, and talking for hours with supervisors, dropped calls, and everything. My package was completely opened up, all factory seals on the Xbox box itself were open, the package was sent directly from Microsoft via Fedex. Fedex's hands were the only ones on the package since it left Microsoft. Again, this is the most recent one, but there were 5 other recent packages with similar situations. I know it's not Fedex as a whole, but this particular branch. Completely incompetent workers, it needs a complete overhaul as it does reflect on Fedex as a whole. There's no where to get good help once your package reaches there, you better be prepared to wait, or go through hell and back dealing with "customer support" but most of the information you will receive from the support is false, until you escalate it and even then, you may or may not get accurate information or any closer to getting your package. You're lucky if the package is still intact when you receive it. I had to go pick up my package today from this location, so I did part of their job. Otherwise, I'd be waiting who knows how much longer."
