"Asked an associate if they carried any Mens size 15 in their location. They proceeded to laugh and make comments about my shoe size. They recommened an online "catalog" that for sure would carry my size. That catalog ended up being one for dress shoes and other "loafer" styled shoes. A very irritating and humilating exchange."
