"Would be 5 if it wasn't for their Black Friday decision to make people wait outside worse than COVID times. They are allowing around 10 people only in this big store. I heard so many people walking by not shopping there only because of the line waiting. I know they had to lose alot of money because of this. It's crazy"

"I Enjoy Shopping and I decided to go in the Guess store and I was being followed but not helped. I purchased several items which were on sell. I got back to Richmond and as I was going through the items I purchased. There was a security tag left inside the bag. As soon as I opened it there it was. I'm confused because the young lady opened the bag before ringing it up. It didn't even go off as I was leaving the store. I think they need to spend more time helping and not watching and just maybe that tag wouldn't be on my bag and I wouldn't have to drive back to Williamsburg to get it taken off."

"Love the fit of guess jeans and that's why I buy them. Rarely purchase shirts or other items because the branding/ labeling is overpowering and im not big on labels to start with. I purchase clothing for comfort and practicality, which their jeans excel at in my opinion. That said this time around I was disappointed with the pricing from an outlet. I guess they may still be discounted but priced to high for me this time around."

"Disappointed in marketing schemes... Resently purchased Jean's that were listed as 25% off but did not get discount at register. They said this particular style did not qualify for discount but nothing on shelves show what Jean's were on sale. I just think this is a marketing scheme. I ended up not buying the Jean's. It was also hard to get someone to let me in the fitting room and only 1 cashier with a line of people."
