"We’ve been coming here once a year for a day or two for many years. It’s a decent hotel but has slipped a bit recently. Now the service from the staff has been and is still excellent. The items that need improvement are as follows: 1. Cleanliness and the mattress are the most important items at any hotel as far as I’m concerned. My mattress and a few others I was here with complained that our mattress had a dip in them. This is where people like to sit! I would recommend flipping and moving these around or replacing them all together. It wasn’t the worst nights sleep but I had to move myself to the middle to keep from rolling down. 2. The breakfast was awful. The only thing that was quite excellent was their coffee. We had little prepackaged danish. Fresh bagels and bread, sausage and these little egg patties. Just awful. It’s clear they are pinching Pennie’s in this area. Look. If you take care of customers here for breakfast (even a short breakfast) people will come back and not go anywhere else! I know I would. "I stayed the weekend of October 14-15 for a wedding in the area. Overall it was a decent stay, but I did run into a couple issues. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very soft spoken and had to lean in to even hear her and had to ask her to repeat on a couple of occasions during our exchange. I booked for a king room months in advance but she then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any available so I just told her to put me in whatever they had available which was a queen room. She was apologetic, and while I’m not that picky, I was a little baffled as to how they didn’t have any king rooms available despite booking well in advance. Otherwise, I was pleased with the cleanliness and the beds were comfortable and had a pleasant night sleep. It’s in a good location right off the interstate too. My experience simply wasn’t worth the value."

"Don’t be fooled. The price is WAY too high for the quality. Theres a Holiday Inn one minute away, go there instead of this place. It smells like mold and mildew everywhere. The rooms are so horribly disgusting that I didn’t even want to shower there. The beds are like sleeping on literal springs, they feel like they are broken. So many things wrong with this place. I would not recommend staying here, it is honestly the nastiest hotel I have ever been to. Don’t make the same mistake I did."

"Great price, large comfortable room with Internet and plenty of space for clothing, personal items, refrigerator. Poor response (other than "yeah I know") when reporting that two of the four fitness room machines are broken/out of order and four young children in bathing suits and bare feet were playing in there."

"The location of the hotel was nice for us and the staff was nice and friendly. There is a sign that says heated pool and spa but the pool was cold. The carpets in the hallways was gross and needed cleaned. There was a horrible smell from behind the refrigerator in our room which was RM 122. The jets in the hot tub was not great very weak. The tub was very slick. And there was a big hole in my duvet was it was flipped to where it wasn't noticeable and my foot kept getting caught in it while sleeping. The sheets was very cheap and beds not made very well. The microwave also had a bad smell coming from it. I gave 2 stars for the location of the hotel and the staff."
