"At the hotel October 4 2023. Paid $130 for a room with no working television. Called the front desk to notify them. They said they thought Comcast had fixed the problem. My husband went to the front desk in person to request a room with a working television. That didn’t work……he then asked for compensation on the room cost. Nothing there either. At that point he requested a refund so we could check out and more to another hotel and the front desk was able to check us out but not reverse the charge. We were informed the “manager” would be on site at 7 am. Our only option seems to be to stay in the $130 room with no TV because no one at the front desk appears to have the required authority to properly handle the situation. While situations “beyond your control” may happen from time to time guests should be informed at check in of the issue ESPECIALLY when management clearly had prior knowledge which seems to be what your response is indicating. Also let me clarify there were NO channels working properly in Room 104."

"We booked the two queen suite and was pleasantly surprised. First I want to say most hotel rooms have a smell, some are pretty bad, but this one actually smells fresh and clean without a cleaning smell. The room was spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the carpet was surprisingly soft. (I have a carpet phobia). Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Plenty of towels in the room, we didn't need to ask for anything for a two night stay. We could walk to eat at Subway and a hot dog place. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"

"The room smells musty, and I can see there is water damage above the shower. Staff is friendly. The room appeared to be clean, but the smell is very bad. The beds were very comfy. Lots of pillows too."

"We're kinda local. But wanted a place to get away for a bit. Great breakfast, great hotel and rooms were perfect. They even had a hot tub in with the pool inside. Definitely big bonus for us. Will be back."
