"Dealt with him once when he was at his previous location. Went out of my way to patronize his business. I get there to pay for my shoes and he requested cash even though he had a card machine. I only had a $20. He informs me that he doesn’t have change and sends me to another business to get change. Never Again!!!"

"Brought several items in for repair. Norvelle is pleasant and friendly. He gave me a time estimate but could not meet said deadline. At first I didn’t mind it, I understood he could be busy. However, it happened at least three times where I would come in on the dates discussed only to be told it was not ready. The issue was that there was no communication from his end which was frustrating. It would have been nice to have been called before I made the drive there x3. The final day of pickup it seemed like he rushed through the repair like he did not have almost two months to work on it already.. I was hopeful after waiting so long but it was a rather disappointing experience."

I was at the point where I was going to give the shoes away, now I may get another 15 years out them. Norvelle is an excellent craftsman and works for an incredibly reasonable price.
