"This business did an excellent job of resurrecting an old kitchen pine floor that had been painted white. After sanding it repeatedly and finishing it with three coats of polyurethane, the workers got the floor to look as good as a 1950s-era floor -- given its many years of hard use -- can possibly look. The 3-4 workers were as well mannered and as helpful as they could be. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. Definitely recommend this business. (The first language of those involved is not English, but communications were not a problem.)"

"They are just finishing up my floor refinishing. My hardwoods were a mess from age and pets. I first considered new luxury vinyl tiles but the cost was very high. Decided to call Lee Tech and they looked at my floors and gave me an estimate that was nearly 4500 dollars less than the vinyl. The floors are beautiful and I have my original hardwoods and not cheaper looking floors. Lee Tech was professional and did the job right on the schedule they told me. Communication was great...HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company"

"Bought our first home in September 2017 and had Lee Tech put in the hardwood floors.. We were very pleased with the outcome. My floors are BEAUTIFUL! Everyone was very professional, polite and hard working. I actually called them to last week to fix a small piece of wood that needed to be nailed down and they were at my house before the end of the day. I couldn't have asked for better service. "Just bought our first home and 25% of the downstairs was left carpet and not hardwood by the previous owners. Hired Lee-Tech, they came in, fingered new wood into the pre-existing wood (so there would be no boundaries/borders), bordered the fireplace hearth, sanded all of the downstairs and stairwell, and re-finished everything beautifully. All while we were on vacation. Unfortunately, one room, being new wood, soaked in more stain than the other rooms, leaving it slightly darker than the rest of the house. Lee-Tech came back to look at the room and agreed to re-sand and re-stain to ensure the color would match completely, at no extra cost. They were very detail oriented, took great care, and cleaned up very well, leaving very small amounts of dust behind. They would also text/call with the progress of their work. Customer satisfaction was made very apparent to be a high priority to them. As well as being very affordable and willing to negotiate with price as we saved some money with removing our own carpet. I would highly recommend."
