"i went here plenty of times, but today i went for a back to school set. i went in with an inspo pic of how i wanted my nails and walked out with a totally different look. i paid $40 (almost $45 because the owner messed up the pricing) just to have to go out, buy stuff, n redo it. 1st pic- inspo 2nd pic- what i got 3rd pic- how i fixed it"

"This isn't my usual nail salon but due to only being off on a Sunday I decided to try them out. I'll start by saying most the staff are super nice. The owner did have a spat with a customer when we first got there which was a little unprofessional but some people can just push buttons. My pedicure was okay. I got a gel fill-in and phew.. the lady doing them seemed a little aggravated when I told her of my nail design. I even told her if it was an issue I could pick something else but she said it was fine. The acrylic is uneven on the sides of my nail. The polish is uneven, looks like maybe a little too much was applied so it runs on the sides. She asked the owner, Sunny, to do the actual designs which I think turned out okay but he rushed to put the clear coat on so the tops are rough and bumpy in places. I asked a few times to fix a couple issues I saw but decided it wasn't worth brining it up anymore. The place could be a little cleaner.. most likely I will be going to my normal salon to get these fixed. Unfortunately this will be my first and last time at this establishment. Which is a huge bummer considering it's one of the only nail salons open on Sundays."

"Although the staff was very nice and friendly. There is no excuse for this dip/powder manicure I got. Polish was not even on parts of my nails, shape was uneven and didn’t even bother cutting cuticles/dead skin. Had to go back to get it fixed and I was even hesitant doing that. The place is very dirty and concerns me I saw a sign inside to ‘call for piercing and tattoo needs.’ Absolutely unsanitary."
