Salon Solutions is a beauty salon, hair care, and spa located at 2115 Crystal Spring Avenue Southwest in Roanoke, Virginia, United States. At Salon Solutions, teamwork is the key to our success. You are free to choose any of our talented stylists at any time to best suit your specific style, budget, and personality. Our team is dedicated to continuous education and constantly improving our skills by attending annual hair shows and hosting guest educators throughout the year.
We are always looking to hire new service providers, including licensed hair stylists and nail technicians. We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If you are a new client referred by a current client, you will receive 20% off any one service on your first visit.
If we don't have the availability you desire, we maintain a cancellation list to hopefully accommodate your appointment request. Retail products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchanged for credit toward a different product after 14 days. Gift cards for any amount or service are available for purchase at the salon or over the phone.
