"For three weeks we have been trying to resolve an issue from 2003. Initially a secretary would actually answer the phone. After several calls to work out the situation and finally get an item faxed (that the recipient never received) it has become impossible to get a live human to answer a call. The outgoing message states one would receive a return call. The first call made THIS WEEK was Monday...we are now at Friday with NO return call. All I am trying to do is help a 90 year old lady fix a problem...how difficult can it be?"
