"I paid $35 to have soles reglued and one of them fell apart the first time I wore them. Upon returning, the cobbler admitted they hadn't ever worked on the shoes, but refused to return my money OR to glue the sole. Absolutwly no attempt to rectify anything. Incredibly poor service, and unfortunately no way to grade craftsmanship since they essentially stole my money. Then they had the gall to try and upsell me on an entire resole."

I was very impressed by the soeediness of the services, attention to details, and the cleaning of the suede! 5 star services and very friendly hour. If I could I would give a 6 out of 5 stars on the all over service I received!"

"They did a wonderful job on repairing my shoes although they have to send them out and then returned. it was done when they said they would be."
