She said I have a note saying we called you last week and she said she left you a message. That's a complete lie. My voice-mail box has been full for thr past year, you can't leave messages. I said, well if I miss an appointment you charge $75... so pay me $75 now for you missing the appointment. Nope. Reschedule. Nah, I'm not playing games with this place. I'll go elsewhere"
