"Dock and office staff are very service oriented. Management... not so much. If you're a sailor, don't expect the sailboat to be properly maintained -- systems are defunct, the hull is covered in barnacles, and the boat barely moves, even under power. Don't expect anyone to respond if you email them feedback. If they screw up their books and it ruins your weekend plans, don't expect management to offer you anything other than a token apology, even though you're paying $400 / month. Be aware of the $30 hidden monthly junk fee for your "Resnet subscription." Also remember that the contract requires you to pay $1000 to exit if you can't stay in the membership for 5 years. All told, weigh your other options carefully before choosing to join up with these folks. The lock-in contract and high-handed attitude of management can result in a not-so-carefree feeling."
"Great staff that is friendly and experienced. Haven't had any issues getting a boat when I wanted one. I have learned so much already and it is very nice to go out for a day and come back and just drop boat off."
