"This center has been fantastic since day one, but what happened February 1 shows how far above and beyond the staff at the Rosemont Kindercare goes. I picked up my daughter early for a dentist appointment, which she was nervous about. Her classroom teacher, Ms. Kyzie, spent the morning talking to her about the dentist to help put her mind at ease. As we were leaving, every single member of the center came out and spoke words of encouragement to my daughter. Not only does the staff there know the names of every child regardless of what room they are in, they each also take the time to develop a personal connection with each child. As a teacher myself, I was awestruck by the level of compassion and caring the staff provided to my daughter. It really does take a village to raise a child, and we could not have picked a better one."

"My preschool age child transferred to this center in January after attending another daycare. The center directors are helpful and friendly, the teachers seem to love their jobs, and I receive constant communication throughout the day via the app for my child's meals, naps, and activities, including photos and videos so I am not missing out on the fun she's having! At her previous daycare, every morning was a battle and tears. She wakes up now every morning excited to go to "school" and has completely lost her morning anxiety. She loves it there, and that says it all."

"My children recently started at the Rosemont kindercare a couple months ago. There are three directors there and all are very hard to get a hold of during the day. It seems like they show up for morning drop offs and evening pick ups to show face for the parents, but every time I call in the day one or the classroom teachers answers and says one of the directors will be back later. EVERY TIME I call or show up I’m told there is no director there. Who is in charge?? Very recently I went to pick my kids up, (they are twins, they are in the same classroom but separated in different age groups. One of my kids told me his teacher grabbed his brothers arm. I brought this up to two of the directors where I felt it was brushed off, later that night again my son is now telling me that his brothers teacher grabbed his arm because he was in trouble and he didn’t want to go to school anymore. The director said “well you know how your son gets sometimes” and once again said that it did not happen. I pulled my children out of this daycare immediately. When I go to pick my children up I hear teachers yelling at the kids every day. Don’t recommend this daycare. Find one with cameras and staff that cares!!"

"I just want to take the time out to thank KinderCare for making my husband and I comfortable with leaving our infant in their care. He has remained safe and is being well taken care of throughout the day. We have had no issues and no complaints thus far due to the staff being very caring and professional. We really appreciate how interactive and attentive the staff is with the children they care for and the many updates and photos we receive everyday of our child’s stay. Based on my family’s experience, I highly recommend."
