"Beautiful salon. Enjoyed the complimentary beverage options. Gave a low rating because even though I made an appointment, time was at the nail techs decision (asked for 1030-11 she said 10 was better) my services were completely rushed through to tend to what appeared to be a well liked/well known regular to the owner. My acrylics look horrible for the price I paid. The shape is not fitting to my hand size whatsoever, asked for coffin & got more of a very thin ballerina style. Felt pressured into getting the gel powder as opposed to the gel polish (powder is more expensive). Said the powder looks better & lasts longer. It does not. Tips of the colored polish I got has already started chipping off not even a week later. A friend of mine went the week before I did & she said the owner was very rude towards the woman who was doing her pedicure. The tech contacted my friend via social media the next day & said she was fired. Even though I’m upset I paid as much as I did for the quality, id rather take my loss & not even worry about getting them fixed there because the vibe I got just wasn’t it. Would’ve given 1 star but my daughter enjoyed her experience during her first manicure."
