"Lasership is a DUB… I’ve been waiting on a package since 7th. I understand it could come by the 11th at the latest,but here we are August 19. I’ve reached out to them multiple times and no one has gotten back to me and I never seem to be able to get anyone on the phone.."

"i refuse to order from a number of stores now simply because they use lasership. they deliver to a completely different apartment building that i don’t have access to and mark it as “leasing office”. i’ve created cases and they assure me it’s not going to happen again; however, the issue persists. do not use lasership if you can avoid it"

"Absolutely horrible shipping company and so many retailers are using them. I order from Khols, Carters and Old Navy who use Laser Ship and and I always get a message that it's undeliverable and returned. When I contacted them several times to ask why I get no response. Then one time they tell me I can come pick it up between 10am and 3:30pm. I paid for it to be shipped to my house for one and second those are not convenient hours when I have a FT job 8:30-5 pm. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that would not change anything. I was told I need to let the retailers to know not to use them to ship to my address, but I never know if lasership is used until the item is shipped out and retailers don't give me the option online to say not to use lasership."

"Some of their workers steal packages. They claim it's damaged during transportation then discarded on the spot and tell you to reach out to the seller for a new shipment. I have also seen them deliver to my neighbor a package take a pic and take the package back. I tried to report this through their customer service along to the seller and was given the run around both times. But what they didn't do was discard the package as they claimed instead is now being sent back to the seller. ?? Highly suspicious. I recommend you explore other options before gambling here. It's a loss for both the seller, the customer but a win for the thieve."
