"Considered sending my infant son here. Completed the online registration. Toured just the infant room but after speaking with some coworkers and hearing personal experiences I decided against it. I myself wasn't comfortable with how the infants and toddlers are combined in one room. It was very hectic. Also didn't like the door access procedure. It is an older facility and it shows. The assistant director was really nice and sweet. Not sure about the director, while she was there she didn't say much at all which I found really strange. Even though my son never attended they still charged me 185 dollars."

"IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS! Unprofessional management and Low pay! Unfortunately promotions are based on personal friendships. ATTENTION PARENTS BEWARE!, staff AT THE WORKPLACE, during WORK HOURS OPENLY FATSHAME children and staff, and talk about their hair based on her personal bias. HOWEVER, most serious issues at this facility appear to be swept under the rug, especially by upper management. Staff are tired of putting in complaints that go unheard. Nothing is ever done. Sitting around gossiping is not working, when the energy and focus should be on the children. SUPER SAD! No Surprise how high the employee turn over rate is at this particular site. Corporate should send out a liaison to conduct in service retraining."

"I just absolutely love Kindercare for my children! I couldn’t have picked a better place ! This has been the most organized, clean , interactive daycare my children have ever attended ! The communication through the app is awesome ! The staff are professional and extremely interactive with the kids , this helps with development, speech and motor skills !! I just love it so much!! I appreciate them and all they do for my children !"

"I love this place. Its my sons second week here and he loves it. They engage him all day, educating him. At first my son threw temper tantrum because it was a new place for him but the teacher was really understanding. I love the fact that you can look in the app for the food they ate, videos and photos of your child. Through their app you know exactly what your child did all day. The director amber is really nice and always greets you with a smile."

"My daughter who is 2 years old has been going to Kindercare Diamond Springs for a year now. My husband and I were leary about putting our daughter in a daycare setting but this was the best decision we ever made. We have saw our daughter grow so much in the past year. She is learning so much and now completely potty trained!!!! The teachers and administrators are amazing! They are always available to answer any questions we have about our daughter!! Most of all our daughter is always excited about going to daycare each morning. It’s feels like we are one big family! Thank you Kindercare for putting our minds at ease and making a difference."
