"Don’t bother calling the number listed no one answers the phone. I finally received a call back after calling for two weeks. What company calls someone at 10 pm at night? When I tried to call the number back it went straight to voicemail. I have been call this company for a month now. I guess the owner has blocked me. Very unprofessional."

"I was actually terminated my first day on the job. I had an interview 3 weeks prior to having an interview with them but they said that they didn’t remember interviewing me and told me to come in for another. Well, the first day I got stuck in mud due to a private road being one way in, one way out. Men that lived down the road were blocking the road with their truck and they told me to come back later to deliver the package. The only way to get out was to back out. Instead of me backing the truck up into the busy main road, I backed up into another personal driveway to turn around but instead I ended up stuck. I was terminated because I contacted “the boss” instead of “dispatch”. Lol It’s actually funny because when I had training “the boss” asked for my phone to save the dispatch number so that I could send them pictures of my ssc and dl (but I didn’t because I didn’t feel comfortable). Well anyways, when I got back to the station one of the dispatch said she was letting me go because of how I went about things. I asked her “how did I go about things?” because I’ve been working for Amazon delivering small packages and working for Amazon XL since March 2019. She stated “because you contacted the boss instead of dispatch”. “The boss” shouldn’t have saved her number in my phone if we shouldn’t use that number. As for someone new, that didn’t know.. it was definitely a waste of time but hey, it’s life and now I’m making more money. Just thought it was crazy to terminate someone due to something so simple."
