The FedEx Drop Box located at 11625 West Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose between 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, from FedEx Express envelopes and boxes to packages with your own FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at the drop box locations. Drop-off times vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options.
