Although there have been occasional technical difficulties (especially with the Covid-friendly remote format), they were very accommodating and resourceful. "This studio needs major improvement and professional management asap. The engineers and videographers are wonderful people and show great potential, however discipline and focus is poor due to horrible leadership. I was robbed out of production value of my music video and single. I was overcharged for revisions and their were constant avoidable mistakes. Previews and demos of work are not prepared unless requested. Communication was horrible. Text messages are favored over calls. This studio is not ready for Professional and working artist. It caters to amateur locals who are clueless about the music industry."
