I received updates through email on delivery and had my garage door open for driver and he put my delivery right in the garage as requested. "Delivery did not come on day promised even though I took off work and dat home 12 hours. never received a call from company or driver that the delivery had not even been put on a truck. Being they are only in my area 1 day a week I have to wait yet another week to get my delivery. I will believe it when I get it and it is in one piece. I had no choice in this as it was sent by JB Hunt my manufacturer. Personally I think they have poor service at least locally."

"Recently had a dishwasher installed by someone that subcontracts for J.B. and found that it was not draining correctly. The installers came and verified that their installation was correct. After a call to the manager, Chris, two actual J.B. employees, Marcus and Myron, came and took a look and determined that I had a plumbing issue that the original installers misdiagnosed. These two went above and beyond to locate my problem and despite not being plumbers they were able to solve it saving me a call to a plumber. Excellent service and follow through."
