FedEx OnSite, located at 1798 North Parham Road in Richmond, Virginia, inside Walgreens, offers a convenient solution for picking up and dropping off FedEx packages. You can easily drop off pre-labeled packages without the need to wait at home for a delivery. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location. If you have a QR code from an online store, you can also have your label printed at Walgreens. Returns are also accepted at this location, as long as the package is securely sealed and properly labeled. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as well. Please note that dangerous goods or hazardous materials other than UN 3373 are not accepted. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. For assistance with packing supplies or dangerous goods shipments, visit a staffed FedEx location in Richmond.
