Cody just needs to have someone working with him especially during the holidays because putting him in there alone is not fair to him or the customers and still was able to make me feel the need to give your store a five star review! Next day air Saturday delivery is quite expensive, But it’s necessary when it’s necessary."

"Worst store ever! Jackie the owner, wasn’t there and she locks her associates out of the store email daily. Since he was locked out of their email account, he could not print out our label for us. He called and texted Jackie several times for the daily password and help, and she never answered or responded to him. And Jackie is too cheap to offer a wireless printer for her customers to print their own labels. This is a shipping and logistics business! Have the current tools and equipment to do it! I was unable to use the label given to me by UPS, and had to pay her sorry store $70 for one of their labels. Pathetic and lazy business ownership and this is coming from a woman who also owns her own business. Fed ex from now on for me!"
