"I walked in with a small box, the person working there didn't even look at me. She just said put it right there, and I said put what? Where? She said the small box, I told her I had a few questions, I asked her if the return label that I had would work, she said "no" then I told her I was told that I could use it, than she said they could, then she told me I needed to go get the label printed out. , I thought you guys could print it out for me, she said they could, then she told me that I couldn't ship what I had, to go get it boxed, then I said..well you guys sell boxes right? She said yeah we could put it in one of our boxes, and she said all of this with frustration, you think she would just say..yes, we can ship it and if you need the label printed out,we could do it for you, and we have a box for you to send your package. This was today at 10am, blonde hair lady, short hair.she just didn't want to be there. Very short and rude"
