"This location is generally more of a pain than most other ups sites. Most of the time the service is bad. The employees just don’t seem to care and there have been several times I didn’t even know the person assisting me worked there until they mentioned they did. It didn’t help they were wearing sunglasses next to the counter. Inside. Yes, the employee was wearing sunglasses while working inside. Don’t expect much from this location. They juuuuust get the job done but barely."

"I came in with my own tape and just needed a 10x10 box. By the time I know it he has started packaging my return. Charged me 5 extra dollars for nothing. Won't be using this store again. All I needed was the box."

"I have never been a fan. Store locations never know anything. Customer service is chronically pushing their my choice service that never works the way you set it up. Drivers don’t actually knock but love to leave their stickers which apparently are useless to anyone but the driver. UPS as a company needs some vast reorganizing. The amount of lost packages with no help in replacing is astronomical."

"Sent some lights back to the factory in Shenzhen, China, that I received from the Amazon Vine Program. Seller is sending a replacement set for the original faulty product, and for my troubles of sending them back, they are also sending a complimentary set. Don't deal with Amazon. Use the Messaging Assistant to contact the seller directly. If you need to send them an email where you can be reached, print it out and take a picture of it to send in an attachment. Amazon will block phone numbers and email addresses. Write reviews on products you get from Amazon and take pictures. They might invite you to the Amazon Vine Voice program."

"The absolute unbelievable terrible service by the 6 foot tall white “manager” man!! Even if your policy is to charge me for packing my own box inside your store you could have addressed it nicer! He was rude and “SASSY” .. I’ve very thankful that UPS has 30 locations within 10 miles, lol.."
