"I personally dread having to return things. I often have to and I always hope my items can be return via UPS. This UPS is ran by great associates especially Shayla! She made my day. There was two young woman working and they had a line the way they help customers and know the services and the cost of each is so hopeful. Shayla personally helped me she knew exactly what I needed to do to complete my shipment she gave me clear and direct instructions they both moved the line extremely fast getting myself and other customers in and out with a smile on there faces. Just saying the associates at this store make all the difference!"

"I’m fairly old and tend to have trouble navigating and understanding processes whenever I go to UPS, but my experience here was fabulous and one particular worker named Micah I believe gave one of the best services I’ve ever had at an establishment. She was very proactive in making sure I was fine and she reminds me of my precious granddaughter! Filled my heart with joy. I will never forget that day as I was feeling down because I had gotten into a car accident the day prior! Thank you, UPS, for hiring wonderful employees."

"Had the nastiest experience with Bryant at 11/12/22, 1230pm. He was rude and flippant the whole interaction. When I asked a question about pricing he huffed, angrily shuffled papers, rolled his eyes and never answered. Then attempted to escalate to an argument in front of a full store after I said, no thank you, I won't use your services today. He then threw equipment as he was loudly bashing me while asking for his coworker Shayla to "deal with me". Shayla apologized many times, I told him I was not going to engage anymore as he was not in control of himself. My third time to this store and everyone was very professional and pleasant besides him. Not a great representation of the company, brand or himself today."
