"Walked in with a pair of boots I bought last year from here that had broken (BOA tightening system busted)…. Thought I was going to be out of luck, but Craig, or as I called him, “the wizard” said “no worries - I got you”. Within 15 minutes, he completely repaired my boot, and told me it was no charge. I was baffled - how often these days do you get customer support like this, WITHOUT a charge? I bought stuff anyway because of the awesome selection of gear and accessories, but I was so thrilled the wizard (Craig) was able to fix the boots, and be so chill about it. Gave me tips on how to avoid breaking in the future, and was just an all around great guy. Y’all, I was a big Peter Glenn fan and too was sad when they left, but Ski Center in short pump has been an AWESOME replacement. (Should have mentioned I bought a full set up last year and have loved it) Thanks Craig, thanks Ski Center"

Update 1/23/24 The gear that Thomas and other staff helped pick out was spot on and stood the test of skiing over several days. They really put in the effort to match the client with the RIGHT gear, and it paid off! Spouse and son very happy and reported having a great experience skiing this year, thanks to properly fitted boots, etc. We also highly recommend the rental service, which we also tried. Attentive and much better than what you get on the mountain."

"Wow. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We come in to rent and mid conversation with the dude who was “helping” us he picks up his personal phone and walks away and answers it then when he came back proceeded to help the customer behind us. To top off this experience the two other workers behind the counter didn’t help us when he walked away as we were speaking to him."

"Great location and great selection. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. I came in for servicing right before a busy ski weekend and they accommodated me with ease. Additionally, I needed to purchase new boots and Cameron assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable and was a truly joy to work with; I definitely looking forward to doing business at this Ski Center location in the future!"
