"Phone support is non-existent. Mobile app is down for maintenance at the most inconvenient times. Checks larger than $1,000 get put on a 7 day hold (business days, too) even if you're a veteran member. They hire employees that can't count and leave them to manage people's money. My thoughts and condolences are out there for all of those that have a loan with ECU with their absolute lack of customer service. If the word "Eastman" is in anything, avoid it."

"Despite what they claim, the app is terrible. One of the worst mobile banking apps put out there and they need to fix it. They claim that it's easy, when in reality it's the most faulty app to exist. Eastman Credit Union has got to do better if they still want people's business."

"This company stole $10 from me. I had an account with them and over the years had accumulated $16 from it staying with them. They charged me $10 for that. Shameful business practice by evil men. If I can lose them just one account it'll cost them much more than $10"
