"Decently frustrating company to deal with, no matter how many times I enroll in auto-pay it never takes the payment then comes the daily phone calls while I’m at work. Getting approved for the loan was quick and painless though. If they did something with the autopay this would be 5 stars for sure."

"Yes,got a notice in my mail stating I was pre approved to get a $3,000 loan with no collateral. My credit should stand for me without collateral or anyone being on there with me. The letter goes on to read if I did need more then I could arrange to use my car title to do so,and I do indeed have the title for my 2018 Honda. So I just called them to say okay I'll do the $3000 not using my title and I live with my fiance that owns his home and I get to hear could he go on there with me.....no. why send letters to people at this time of year or otherwise stating in big bold green and black letters saying you have been pre approved for $3,000 then say call them and they stated to you "oh no we can't do that without more income"? If I did have more income why would I say that to this company that sends this letter out stating I'm "pre-approved" for x amount? My credit is good,I pay my bills so why waste that paper sending out false hope at Christmas time? Keep your money,save the trees and have a wretched holiday. If I had been able to borrow enough money to pay off everything I have out now which as it stands is less than 6,000 I wouldn't care to put my car title on your loan but you say you can't stand by your letters being mailed out to people saying they are pre approved?! This is how people are blind sided by these loan sharks to begin with and end up having to pay back three times what they borrow so no thanks. Stop jerking people around!"
