"This company is absolutely terrible. The employees are even worse. They resort to harassing family & friends that are not on any loans! When asked to stop, they continue. They do not reach out to the account owner, only to others to humiliate the customer. A payment was submitted, and the card was unknowingly locked for security purposes. Instead of waiting a few seconds to have the card unlocked the man refused to take the payment! Then, immediately started calling people that have no connection to the loan for a payment. He never once called the customer again. Run, do not use them. They will absolutely not help you, but they will do everything in their power to make your decision completely regrettable!"
