The UPS Store 10307 West Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA 23060

"I reviewed this store a few month back and gave them praise because of the wonderful service I was offered at the time by the young lady Shay. Welp stop by today! All I have to say is stay far away from this store! Shay is no longer employed there reason unknown all the associates would say was she got fired. Shay was polite, knew her job like the back of her hand and got us in and out. I stood in line for 20 minutes. Please go elsewhere don’t waste your time. Other employees are nowhere near as knowledgeable as Shay was. I ask for a simple quote while returning. They couldn’t answer simple questions. USPS and FedEx here we come!"

"I should start off by saying that the staff at the UPS store near my house are wonderful and very pleasant and helpful. In the past week I was forced to use this store twice in order to pick up a package that required a signature and then again to drop off the return. The staff in this store are some of the rudest I have ever encountered. No hello. No thank you. Overall just unpleasant. Like I was a huge bother to their daily business. After the first trip I just assumed the clerk was having a bad day. I get it. We all do. But to have to stand there today for 10 minutes to be waited on when 2 of the 3 employees working were watching TikTok videos at the front counter is a bit ridiculous."

"Chae was awesome! I had 35 packages for my company and even though the store was extremely busy, she was very kind and helpful to me and all of the others. She was working 2 stations to make sure everyone in line was helped quickly - and doing it with a great attitude! I have been in customer service for over 30 years and that is rare these days. Great job Chae!"

"Like most other UPS stores. Do other UPS stores charge you $5 to print a prepaid label? $3 File access fee and $2 to print the file (per page im guessing). I've never had to pay when returning Amazon packages and this was the first time returning something that I didn't print the label at home."

"This UPS is my go to store! I have been coming here for years to do business and will likely continue to do so for years to come. They have had several wonderful staff members during that time but I want to give special recognition and respect to Drew! He is always incredibly kind, professional and considerate and is often having to do the work of several people. He really sets a great example and I think is to be commended for a job well done. UPS and every business could use more people like Drew!"
