"Little hostile... Usually people are pleased/jazzed/grateful to get free advertising on Google Maps - not so at this location. As always food is delicious but whatever you do - DO NOT TAKE ANY PICTURES. Having completed my order I made my way to the pickup line and snapped a couple of shots showing the pickup area and the dining area. I actually moved the camera so that the only person who was in the dining area was blocked by the fireplace. Unidentified short female with glasses and short hair: "Is there a problem‽?" Me (whilst waiting for order realizing the abrupt demand for information was aimed at me) : "I'm sorry?" Unidentified: "Heard you were taking photographs of the dining room and the people in it?‽ Is there a problem?" Me: "Oh gosh no- I'm a Local Guide on Google Maps-" Unidentified: turning and walking away "Just wanted to make sure there's no problem." Me: "Uhh... 'mmm-no?""

"We came here for breakfast while in the area. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel with American cheese. I don’t think I got American cheese and my sandwich was barely warm. My husbands parfait had to be remade because the yogurt was bad. I expect better from Panera Bread."

"Normally I wouldn't give this location a great review. During covid 19 staffing is at a minimum, I'd expect just the opposite. I received a cup of soup instead of the bowl I ordered , not the first time, and no spoon to eat it with. The food was good however. The shining light on this location was Chris , the cashier. He's exceptional, great personality , professional and efficient and working alone with no assistance during lunch. His customer service skills would be the only reason I'd consider returning."

"looking for fresh healthy foods to eat? this might be the place for you. i find the place somehow romantic? great ambiance and lighting. a good place for a small chat or reading books or just hang around. they have good options for beverages too. the food we ordered where delicious. they also have condiments available, ketchup, mayonnaise and yellow mustard."
