"This is the worst service provider my son has autism and I have been fighting to get him assistance with support of diapers for I am a single mother and my baby has severe incontinence Issue due to cognitive disorder they keep giving his doctor office a hassle on purpose refusing to send the supplies yet it shows I’m active to recieve the supplies from my provider I advise you guys please. Do not go with this company for they are not to be trusted and they are frauds! I have been on the same status for months waiting for an update on my child and yet nothing! I don’t understand how a business can be so unprofessional!"

"In a word, disappointed. My supplies used to get shipped to me immediately after ordering. The latest shipment has been delayed over a week. They used to ship via FedEx, and I would get it within a couple days. Today I finally got a tracking number that was unfamiliar and shows up on a search to be Lasership?!? When I track it, it shows that the package hasn't even been given to the shipper and it can take up to 7 days to deliver when they receive the package. What??? I'm out of supplies at this point and nowhere to turn. Something has drastically changed with this company for the negative. I will be looking for another place to purchase my medical supplies."
