"This is the second time FedEx has done this. These drivers are LAZY. We have a long driveway probably about .25miles. Yesterday they threw my package out in the snow at the bottom of our driveway. I couldn’t find my package for hours. Today they do the same thing with my chewy package. Put my 50lb of dog food in the snow at the bottom of my driveway and just conveniently take the picture to where you can’t see they didn’t come up the driveway. USPS and UPS have had no issues coming up our driveway but these Fedex delivery drivers are pos."

"1 number to call. Always get connected to someone who speaks broken english. I was supposed to have a package delivered on Wednesday 7/12. Got a notification that said unable to deliver because the business is closed. This is delivering to a residence. There was no attempt made to deliver. Called CS that afternoon and got the run around but they said it would be delivered to front porch on Thursday 7/13. Same thing happened. Girlfriend was home and saw the driver stop at the bottom of the driveway, wait a couple minutes, then drive off. No package. Same notification about being unable to deliver. Called CS again. Same thing. They will not escalate calls. Still no package. FedEx is garbage. Drivers are garbage. Management is garbage. Just a total dumpster fire."

"Delivery driver goes inside to get food and drop off a single package while blocking the parking spaces. A handicap spot and just being a general jerk during a time when many were trying to get a bite to eat."

"This has got to be a management issue, every single problem I am reading on these reviews, I have experienced as well with 85% of my packages. Thank god Amazon does not use Fedex. I've had it delivered to the wrong house MULTIPLE times. Notes without knocking. Package lost for a month because of a mistyped address. And now, package on a truck for delivery, but not actually being delivered. Second day I have had to ask off work to try and guarantee my expensive signed package arrives to the right door. Fingers crossed, today its actually delivered!"
