Thompson & Litton is an institution located at 121 West Main Street in Chilhowie, Virginia, United States. We believe in designing buildings that reflect the aspirations and values of our clients, with a focus on functionality, efficiency, and sustainability. Our team not only works here, but also lives here, which is why we prioritize providing safe drinking water, treating wastewater responsibly, and designing environmentally friendly highways.

With a strong history in the Transportation market sector, we offer a wide range of services including transportation planning, design, inspection, surveying, and utility relocation. Our surveying department is skilled in managing multiple crews in various terrains, from the mountains to the Tidewater region. Additionally, we provide structural engineering services ranging from design to integrity studies.

We have experience in various project delivery methods and can assist clients in choosing the right approach for their needs. We are also celebrating the retirement of Bill Thompson, AIA, after 41 years with us, as well as our successful partnership with KEECO Manufacturing Facility.
