"Going to this store is always a scary experience especially for Amazon returns. The lady at the front is always rude and thinks she is doing us all a favor. Avoid it if you can Update- I braved a trip last week and the experience is much better. The issue is probably only with that one lady who I didn’t see this time."

"Refused to notarize something despite having all necessary materials. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue, they were extremely rude. When we said we wouldn’t be back due to their poor customer service, the employees nonchalantly told us they didn’t care. I have never heard of a successful business model that actively tries to jettison customers, so this is definitely a first. Given the lack of professionalism displayed, this experience was truly singular. I will NOT come back here, for any services— especially not when there’s a FedEx down the street that has better reviews anyway."
