"Never use this store; if you want to ship essential documents, send a certified mail(the Next Day). And I have been waiting for my papers to get to the destination but never got there. I lost my essential immigration paperwork and got my case delayed. The manager was careless and didn’t even apologize. I called the store three times for a status check and created a complaint ticket to track my shipment, but they never called nor found my lost documents. I don’t recommend them ever!"

"The new attendant (young guy) did not know the process and kept denying me to send a 500 usd shipment giving me multiple excuses and delaying all potential solutions. I prefer to bring my business to some other store. I have been using this store for years but not anymore."

"I came in for the notary service and there was only one employee working, an older Asian gentleman and he was so patient and nice even though the store was busy. I was okay to wait patiently because I saw that he was trying really hard to take care of everyone in a timely manner. He handled everything so well and I think he deserves the hourly pay of all the employees combined because he was basically doing the work of multiple people at once. Can we please give him some recognition please? I really wish I got his name but he did an amazing job!"
