"Worst experience ever! The person who picked up the box was unprofessional. He acted as if he was doing me a favor. He repeatedly told me that the boxes were not ready and threatened to leave. Unlike other balikbayan couriers he did not help at all to make sure that the boxes were properly sealed. He was in a rush and gave the completed forms without asking what’s inside. And to think that I had to pay $25 per box for the pickup. Unbelievable! Never again."

"Absolutely baffled by their service. The deadline to get boxes to Manila by Christmas was the first week of October 2022. We met their deadline by handing over our boxes on September 3rd, 2022. It took Forex ONE MONTH for our boxes to leave their warehouse in Springfield,VA on September 12, 2022 to arrive at Norfolk,VA on October 11, 2022. How and why did it take one month for it to make it to port when it's a four hour drive at most between the two locations. Because of this, our boxes didn't leave the port until Mid October and our boxes aren't arriving until mid January. It's ridiculous that there was a month delay between the boxes leaving their warehouse and being received into the port. Forex has yet to answer for this mishap. My family and I won't be using Forex in the future. I would give ZERO stars if I could."

"Hard to get a hold of on the phone and I’m never sure when they’re in the office. I’ve had to go in person several times which is a pain. Otherwise, shipping boxes to Manila is relatively straight forward and stuff arrived on time-ish and in good order."
