"This looks to be the closest one of the company to me and the process for me was very smooth. Made the appointment, they called me the day before and originally text me a time. They told me after 3 p.m. is when they confirm for sure the times and would call me back. My window was 9-11 and the came in the time and the 1 guy was super professional and handled my items with care inside the home. I'd recommend."

"Fidelitone calls within delivery window to cancel delivery. Non-chalant receptionist states that company went over DOT hours and couldnt deliver. I paid over $1000 plus shipping fees for this delivery. Not to mention cost for taking off for rescheduling. Pissed and this company is the worst. Z Gallerie should be ashamed for dealing with such a poor quality delivery service."

"Was supposed to receive a call the day before my delivery to get a 2 hour window. Never received that call. I had to call them myself the morning of to delivery to find out they were coming between 2-4. Sat at home on a Saturday afternoon waiting for my 30 minute warning that the drivers would arrive.... did not receive that call by 3:30 so I called them... was told they were running behind and would be there by 5. 4:15 rolls around and I get a call from the delivery service letting me know unfortunately they had to push me to the 4:00-6:00 delivery window. Absolutely ridiculous waiting until 4:15 to tell me that!"

"The worst company. If you want your delivery to be made on time or even on the correct day, do NOT use this company. They have horrible customer service. Sure you may think this may be a disgruntled customer and I am. This company is used by West Elm and they were supposed to deliver my furniture on a particular date and time. They originally came to make the delivery 3 weeks early. Then on the day they were supposed to deliver it, even after confirming it, they called twice to reschedule. Again today they were supposed to make a delivery and already rescheduled twice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... unless you are sending something to someone you hate."
