"My 74 yr old brother who is disabled and in a wheelchair had booked an after work pickup for 7:30pm a day in advance He had just finished a 12 hr day. After sitting outside in the dark the rain and the cold for an hour waiting he called the cab company and they told him they had no driver and they don’t guarantee pickup that he would have to figure it out. First do you think the person he talked to to schedule this would have had the courtesy to tell him there’s no guarantee at night for this pickup. NO they took the reservation and then they just left him sitting there cold wet and in the dark helpless. Everyone had gone home the building was deserted. This company is a heartless POS!! If I could give them a 0 rating I would. He did find a company that came and picked him up granted at 10 times the cost of the cab but every penny was worth it. Thank you H&M Transport! You get 5 stars, 10 if I could give them."

"The taxi driver from Hartsfield-Jackson airport was so rude and dismissive. It was early early in the morning, maybe he did not get sleep but he was just rude and charged me 5 bucks to literally go around a corner because I mistakenly told him the wrong address. Not from Atlanta, so I had no idea what I was doing."

"I needed a ride from a hotel to a rental car place in order to get home from where I was stranded. When I called they said they were on the way. AN HOUR LATER a text comes to my phone saying the driver is coming and will be there in 16 minutes. Because of this hour long delay, the rental car place was closed and I had to wait in a hotel for the weekend. Don't tell us you're coming if you dont have someone on the way, tell us there would be a delay. Will not use this business again."

"I called the day before a trip to book a 4:45 AM taxi. The next day...At 4:50 AM I called and he said the taxi would be there in a few minutes. At 5:00 I woke up my spouse and he drove me to the airport. The taxi service never called and never showed up to my house. I won’t book with them again."

"Absolutely the worse experience I've had dealing with a Cab service. Traveling alot with the military I have had dozens of experiences and not one has been this bad. The people operating the phones are rude and offer no help, my two drivers made me miss my flight because they never picked me up despite waiting for an hour and a half."
