"The service here was great. The room and carpets in the hallway were definitely dated. There wasn't one USB plug to be found in the room. So glad I had one in the car for my phone. The bathroom (bathtub specifically) had black stains under the spout, and where the top and bottom of the tub surround meet, it was filthy. I can't really respond to the breakfast as we only grabbed a muffin, coffee and yogurt. I'm not sure if this hotel was recently bought and they are trying to update it. Wish I could have rated it higher."

"There are some minor maintenance issues. Outside looks nothing like shown on Best Western site. Still the place is a good overall stay. Breakfast items not hot, ie. scrambled eggs, sausage, or the gravy."

"This room was very good for the money. The lobby was adorable with a wooden fenced railing and round fire-pit that reminded me of a ski lodge. Breakfast was good. I wouldn't have found it by driving by without the GPS because it's set back and has an unassuming exterior. The people there were delightful."

"What an absolutely disgusting facility with a disgusting owner. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, no big deal I sleep nude anyways. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. however while I was sound asleep, nude, housekeeping entered my room at 9:30 in the morning. The lady at the front desk tried to offer me some points and I'm not having that so then I was only offered 50% refund. I highly recommend staying anywhere else because there are so many more quality hotels in the area as opposed to this place. Absolutely trash. I stayed over 100 hotels per year and this is the second time housekeeping has walked in on me while I was sleeping at a best western. I'm done with this company."
