"I had a 10am appt. I walk in and both ladies were just starting braids on other people. I had to wait 2 hours before one was finished and started my hair. I work midnights and traveled an hour and a half. I could of still been sleeping. It’s very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Why schedule somebody if you know you already have people scheduled at the time."
