"This was my 1st time making an appointment with Classy. She was very responsive and patient with me. I felt comfortable asking questions. I contacted her on Friday even and she was able to fit me in that Sunday. She was running an amazing Bod special which included a quick weave with hair of your choice. When I arrived she was so welcoming. The energy was so positive. She have refreshments available for all her guest. She also maintained a clean and safe environment. I will be a lifetime customer."
"i live very close, walked in 3 days ago and asked about a trim. i was told to text and got no response...i would have accepted if she could not...disappointed."
"I made an appointment with Johnnisha for 1pm on 12/8/17. Around 12:30pm that day, she texts me to tell me she was running behind and could see me at 2pm. I asked if I should reschedule for another time since the forecast was calling for snow. She said I could, but the times she had available wouldn't work for my schedule and since it was too close to the appointment time, I would be charged another booking fee. I told her I would just come at 2pm. I arrived at 1:45pm and sat in the waiting area. I was never greeted nor asked a word from anyone. Around 2:35pm, someone came over and asked who I was there to see. I told her, I had a 2 o'clock appointment with Johnnisha, but I guess she isn't ready yet. She said, Ok, and went to the back of the salon. At 3:15pm, Johnnisha finally comes to me and says that she didn't know I was there. (Mind you, she told me to come at 2pm. All the while, I was watching her in the back of the salon, idly talking, playing music and playing in other people's hair.) Once I went to her station, it wasn't clean and there was hair everywhere. She then proceeds to take the braiding hair I brought out of the package. She says that I bought the wrong type of hair. I explain that I have allergies and can't use x-pression hair. Then, to add insult to injury, she tells me she can't do my hair "because its too short in the middle". I told her, I have Lupus so my hair just recently fell out. She said, well I can't do anything. The most she could do was box braids and she can't today because "its snowing". I was upset because she wasted my time and she embarrassed me in front of the entire salon. To add insult to injury, the salon owner was there the entire time and didn't address my concerns, nor address Johnnisha about the incident until nearly 3 weeks later. This was the most embarrassing experience, with the most unprofessional stylist and salon, I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I will never step foot in this salon again."
