"Bought a new Ibis mountain bike here a month ago. I highly recommend this shop. In addition to Ibis, they have other great brands of bikes. They are a demo shop, so you can check out bicycles and ride them to decide what fits you and what you like. Wakefield Park is across the street and has mountain bike trails that provide a perfect demo course. I rode on typical trails through woods, a jump line, a "techy" climb, a bermy downhill section, and some chunky rock areas all in a loop that I could ride in about 45 minutes pedaling from the shop. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They set up a few bikes for me to demo and were very accommodating. Once I decided, they ordered me what I wanted and set it up perfectly for me. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience."

"This place is a gem for bikers! My Giant ebike was having issues with not charging. Thanks to Jake’s persistence calling Giant for ways to approach the problem he was able to finally get the bike running again. Kudos to Jake. Andre was also very helpful helping to address the problem and putting up with my frequent phone calls. Great people work here! I highly recommend this bike shop and will continue going there for any tune ups, etc….. wish you had a group organizing rides… just a thought you may want to consider."

"Drove over 2 hours from New Jersey to purchase an Ibis Ripley AF. Could not have been more enthused with the reception from the employees when I arrived. I had prepaid for most of the bike and paid the balance when I got there. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Helped me get my seat height and suspension adjusted for my weight. I cannot say enough about the young men who helped me make the transaction. If you want to make a purchase on a nice bike and are expecting courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. "I drove 3+ hours to arrive at Bicycle Pro Shop, as they were one of the only bike shops in VA that had a substantial inventory of bikes. I was pleased to find bikes there that weren't listed at the online inventory, and Andre was so helpful and patient in adjusting and allowing me to test-ride 3-4 different bikes to settle on the one I wanted. He, and the shop mechanic, stayed nearly an hour after closing to make sure I was set. I highly recommend this bike shop and the super-friendly, accommodating staff!"
