"I received a gift card 3 months ago. I have talked to a few different staff members at this establishment weekly since then and each time, they are all booked. They supposedly only have 1 massage therapist working and either she isn’t there or she is booked. My number has been left on a few other occasions where they were to call back with an available time. No call ever came. I finally got in on a cancellation, after calling this week again to see about getting in... The morning of my scheduled massage they called yet again to say the massage therapist wouldn’t be in, this time because she was sick. When I asked for a refund they advised it’s “policy” that they can’t refund $. How am I to use a gift card- money that they have already received- if they never have availability? The lady I spoke with in person was rude, was obviously misinformed and clearly out of touch with the every day happenings/scheduling. She also likened the business to Walmart? Stating Walmart doesn’t give refunds on gift cards???? But Walmart doesn’t operate on just 1 day per week with severe restrictions on what is available and when. Not even close to being comparable. Ridiculous. Save your money. There are other better staffed, friendlier and more competently run spas in the area."

"Absolutely love this place. Been here twice. I've lived in a lot of big cities & experienced their spas and nail salons. So frankly, I really didn't have high expectations in such a small town. Boy, was I wrong! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed & that didn't end til I left with an incredible experience. Oh and a manicure & pedicure that stayed on my nails longer than any others I've EVER had. Yes ever! A true spa experience with the quality and service that you'd expect in a big city. Only negative I can find is they don't offer you a glass of wine or champagne like lots of places are starting to do these days while you have your nails done. Otherwise, it's a real treat to go here. Ask for Bobby Sue. She's just wonderful!"

"My daughter and I went this morning (10am on 4/26/22) to get her nails done for prom. I decide to get my nails done too. Hadn't had my nails done since I was like in high school. My daughter absolutely loves her nails. She got black matte almond shape with smiley faces on them. I got the classic square-ish round French tips. I needed to be pampered a little bit. Been going through do much! Nicole did awesomely with our nails!! Thank you!!! I highly recommend this place!!"
