"Attitude is EVERYTHING, and the two fellows that work there are hateful and disrespectful towards customers. Don't go there for a relaxing experience because you won't find it! Pedicure done in 30 minutes substandard."

"They have no respect for their customers! I waited 2 1/2 hours to get my nails done, and then the person who was doing the ladies' nails next to me got cussed out by the owner for absolutely no reason. He said F*** B**** and then walked out the door, leaving her nails unfinished. It was very unprofessional! So the lady that was doing my nails went over and finished hers up, leaving me to wait another 45 minutes. That also left with only one person working there. They don't have enough people to keep the place going. Their always talking in another language. It makes u feel like you're being talked about the whole time you're there. I was there for 4 hours to get just my nails done, that look horrible cause she was in a hurry to get them done, I forgot to mention she cut me several times, making my nails sore for a few days.... never going back!"

"The owner owns or is affiliated with atleast 3 or 4 local nail places that know of, maybe more. It's like you can't escape him. 100% recommend finding a real nail tech and stop going to his chop shops. He has anger issues and I have witnessed his outbursts several times over the years in various locations. He is rude and does not do a good job on nails. It's unfortunate for the few ladies in his shops that are nice and do decent nails and I hope they find a better person to work for! I have only had GOOD nails in his shops a few times but the nice ladies and convenience of being able to walk in is the only reason I have returned. I never will again. I'd rather drive out of town for nails than to ever give him another cent. He overcharges, skips steps on services, doesn't clean his tools, and has insulted me and my appearance more than once. I'm I'm shock that he's been in business as long as he has."

"loved the place at first and then when i went back a second time, the dog chewed my shoe laces and the nails broke within a week and they were very expensive."

"Stay away! My wife and i went for pre-cruise pedis. Mine was okay - no hot water - just lukewarm. The place looked a little dirty too. The lady technician who did my wife’s pedi used one of those metal callous removers on her toes and tore off part of her toenail and cut her toe deeply. She was bleeding and asked for first aid kit (Neosporin and a bandaid) and was ignored. She was supposed to have a gel fill as well, but we had to leave to take care of the cut. When we went to leave the guy who did my pedi said $60 and we gave him our credit card - but he rang up $92.70 - they charged for injuring my wife and didn’t even apologize, but started arguing with us. Owner was rude and nasty to us - pretended he couldn’t understand what happened. He showed my wife a bottle of some type of topical treatment and asked if it was put on the cut - she told him it was not and asked if she could have some - and he refused. No concept of customer or even decent discourse. Very disappointing."
