"Elizabeth and Chris are great. This is the second time I’ve had an appointment only to be delayed. I was told she was running behind but now I’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes because the owner had them take extra clients and with no regard to appointments already scheduled!!!!! Not sure if I’ll be going back."

"I have tried most salons in the Bristol/Abingdon area and this salon is by far the most skilled, cleanest, and most health conscious. I have seen all 5 of the technicians and they are all good! As a regular client of theirs, I can easily address the 1 star complaints of having to wait—they get a lot of appointments due to client relationships and they’re not going to take a walk-in before an appointment (and they SHOULDN’T). If you’re serious about going here, make an appointment and you won’t wait. If they tell you they don’t have time to do your nails, it’s because of appointments being booked through the end of the day. I made the mistake of walking in somewhere that took me right away because I couldn’t make my usual appointment this weekend and the mani/pedi I got was dismal. They did, however, comment on how beautiful the work was that they removed, which of course was from T&V. While they are not super walk-in friendly (they will do it if they have time, they just can’t guarantee it) you won’t be sorry if you schedule an appointment."

"The young girl i had , was very rude ... I was 8 months pregnant! She told me I was just lazy! that my toes were awful!!! I will never go back. Not sure if the young lady is still working here ."

"Fairly standard nail salon. Was pleased they could give me a mani-pedi as a walk-in. Price was reasonable and end results satisfactory. I probably won't return, though, because the tech was rough and almost hostile. She cut one of my toes right at the start. I understand it can happen, but she didn't even acknowledge it, much less apologize, despite it bleeding for some time. Her behavior throughout the appointment was rude."

"I am extremely disappointed with my manicure. To start they were very rude and not personable at all. Their kid was running around and I had to sit there practically babysitting and reading to the kid while getting my manicure done. Also the nails came out very bad there’s dust under my nails that you can plainly see and air bubbles. The shape is also really hideous and she wound up cutting me like three times. Huge waste of my money. I am very upset."
