"So I took the vehicle in for an oil change. They did a wonderful job. Looked up our ford plan and followed it. I was not offered anything extra (which was refreshing since I expect Ford to be providing me everything already per the prepaid maintenance plan) they were super pleasant and efficient, rotated the tires and gave me a great summary of how everything looked. They even scheduled me to come back in for a recall. I would return here and consider looking at a car when the time comes."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is abysmal. Don’t waste your time with Berglund Ford! Won’t return calls won’t answer the phone, and voicemail is always full. I had to go in-person just to make an appointment. I dropped my truck off the evening before the day of the appointment and waited a few days. No news, so I finally got in touch with someone who said they couldn’t look at my truck until the end of the following week (which would be 2 weeks after my appointment!). I drive to the service center and there stands the service advisor I had been trying to reach and a dozen more employees! No apologies and no explanation given. I found another dealer who could look at my truck in 2 days! I recommend shopping around for someone who wants your business!"
